For educational and professional reference only. This SOFA Score Calculator is intended to assist qualified healthcare professionals in clinical decision-making. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, direct patient assessment, or institutional protocols.
The predicted mortality ranges displayed are derived from published cohort studies and represent population-level estimates. Individual patient outcomes may differ significantly based on comorbidities, treatment interventions, local microbial ecology, and other factors not captured by this tool.
Serial SOFA scoring (trend over 48–72 hours) is more clinically informative than a single time-point score. A rising SOFA score of ≥ 2 points is a key diagnostic criterion for sepsis per Sepsis-3 consensus definitions (2016).
This tool does not store, transmit, or process any patient-identifiable information. All calculations occur entirely within the user's browser.
